Way to go, Viola Skenderis - Wow how do you sell a house for the selling price two days after it hits the market? You start with a great realtor who knows the market, the inventory status, the local area, has a strategic mind set, and gives guidance to the best ways to prepare your home for sale. Viola worked diligently to make sure everything was in place before the listing went live, including setting up the staging and photography needed to compliment the listing online. Viola also did a walk through of our home and made some honest suggestions for some minor changes that would help to attract buyers quickly…and it worked!! We found Viola to be a highly attentive agent; she returned phone calls, emails and text with a timely response each time. She listened to our concerns and if she didn’t have the answers, she researched on our behalf. All of the above was complimented by her kindness, good energy and calm demeanor which made the selling process stress free and very simple. We would highly recommend Viola Skenderis to assist you in selling your home, or buying the next one! You will not be disappointed!

I bought a house with them, Agent never show up on time, always running late. Agent never fight for buyer always keep supporting the seller will make you to buy the house at any cost, Agent won't tell you any pro of the house but if anything is good he will explain it in details. Seller took of self's, security system and leave the house dirty, Agent don't support me on this matter, even trying to convince me... ohh it's just couple of hundred $$$ things don't worry about those bla bla bla. I don't recommend buying property with them.

Viola Skenderis is genuinely beyond a 5-star rating. She provided top-notch service with a touch of love and care. There was never a moment when I felt rushed, pressured, or alone when seeking the perfect home. Viola was more like a nurturing mother who undoubtedly cared for her clients. Going out of her way to help a client was her star signature, and anyone she recommended shared the same above and beyond service as herself. I see reviews like the ones above it makes me scratch my head, they have a great office with staff that cares about their agents success while they let them keep the majority of what they earn and take it to their families. All in a family environment where integrity and family is #1. How that is a terrible company I never will understand unless its a local competitor taking half its agents commissions reviewing. John, Chris and staff are as god as it gets...and believe me Ive see my share through the years...keep up good work guys and congratulations on your meteoric growth the last 12 months and congrats on opening that second office soon!
